Team Leader – Education – Delhi

Primary Objective: Participate in initiatives to enhance the company’s services, drive efficiencies and identify opportunities to meet the needs of a rapidly increasing global customer base. To supervise the sales team and overall performance. This position will lead a team of Education Counselors

Major Responsibilities

• Prepare a Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget for the Team and ensure its implementation
• Client handling, converting enquiries into enrollments and achieving periodic sales targets
• Provide consultation for Education related Visas with high level of professionalism in person and through online channels.
• Conduct detailed research; interpret legislation, regulations and policies and provide legal interpretation and consultation to clients, other departments and internal staff.
• Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in Canada and Australia Education Visas, including establishing suitability of the candidate’s visa.
• Give projections, assign tasks to his/her team members based on priority and plan for the same.
• To help the team to implement process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer.
• Has to coordinate with Marketing, Accounts and Immigration in case of issues related to Immigration & Consultation
• Quality Control Management, Supervise daily work of the members and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate, 4-5 years of experience in B2C Sales.
• Experience providing client-facing communications with Knowledge of Education procedures & forms
• Good communicator, strong sales skill with proved track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communications – ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Leadership and Problem Solving skill
• Basic computer literacy
