Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers,
switches, firewalls, printers, phones/ Mobile, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs,
Mail Server and network segments.
Set up accounts and workstations, install and configure software & hardware on Premises and on Cloud.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Monitor performance and maintain systems by upgrading with new releases and models
Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide
technical support when needed and maintain log books.
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
Should have worked with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy
Should have worked with SQL Server 2012 +
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
Maintain complete record of the systems related inventory
Experience with these Hospitality related applications and or systems (PMS, POS, Key card, PBX, Voice mail)
Manage Interfaces like Electronic Room Key System, Smart TV System
Qualification and Experience
A bachelor or a master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
CCNA Certification or equivalent experience
2-5 yrs of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
