o Help build a culture promoting employee engagement

Internship
o Managing the Firm’s internship programme
o Promote this as a differentiator for talent attraction
o Build on the existing tech platform to better manage/ analytics
Tech HR
o Responsible for managing the firm’s the HR Information system
o Bring efficiencies by using technology both for users and for operations
o Identify future technologies for implementation readiness including AI, ML etc
o Ideation for e-enabled platforms for all functions – learning, PMS, Knowledge,
Hiring, onboarding etc

Qualification and Experience

Around 5 years of proven experience in the HR/ talent function in a generalist role
Proven experience in talent acquisition, selection and onboarding
Added advantage: hands on experience in IP industry recruitment
Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources – MBA-HR or related degree/ qualification
Experience as a managing people and relationships and dealing with interpersonal issues with sensitivity

Hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS
Good knowledge and outlook of using technology and its relevance to HR

Good knowledge of Law & HR best practices
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to successfully manage busy workload, with a true can-do attitude
