Sourcing, screening, Head hunting and shortlisting resumes through various job portals 

Using social media for sourcing of profiles, keeping track of relevant profiles from social media platform 

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks 

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position 

Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates 

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – when required 

Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and reference

Coordination with candidates and stakeholders.

Work on employer branding and positioning

Qualification and Experience

An HR professional with 3+ yrs of experience into talent acquisition space 

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Experience into IT hiring with good business acumen is highly preferred. 

Good Client and stakeholder management handling experience with robust coordination skills 

Good knowledge of best HR best practices
