This position will focus primarily on talent acquisition attraction and branding
Process, employer branding, positioning
Selection, onboarding, induction
Sourcing, screening, Head hunting and shortlisting resumes through various job portals
Using social media for sourcing of profiles; keeping track of relevant profiles from social media
Along with the Marketing team, work towards targeted positioning of the firm through posts and
feeds in social media
Creating a robust databank of relevant profiles
Pre-screen candidates with detailed phone screens, evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific
job recruitment ensuring a right fit before submitting to the business head.
Initial screening and short listing the candidates telephonically based on their technical and
Scheduling and coordinating interviews/events, sending call letters to the candidates as per the
Experience and Qualifications
2-4 Yrs of experience into Talent Acquisition
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Added advantage: hands on experience in IP industry recruitment.
Ability to successfully manage busy workload, with a true can-do attitude.
Hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS
Good knowledge of Law & HR best practices
Fast computer typing skills (MS office, in particular)
The client is in Intellectual Property Rights Industry and has multiple offices in India
