- To monitor and analyze our sales department performance and suggest new strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals
- Provide reports on sales and marketing metrics using analytics
- Set targets for the sales department and collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
- Deliver overall revenue and volumes as per plan.
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.
- Building and managing a robust network of general trade and modern trade working in close coordination with Business
- Develop and implement market specific Trade models for defined market coverage
- Responsible for key metrics like productivity, lines etc. as defined by management
- Ensuring compliance of trade spends, usage of company software through a network of Regional and Area Managers
- To provide market feedback on competition, customer behavior and response to marketing mix
Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor or a Master degree with Minimum 10 – 20 years of experience in sales in General Trade or Modern Trade for FMCG industry
- Consult, advise and execute the marketing strategy with a team of Managers
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Take care of business expansion at a pan India level
- Responsible, Articulate, Target driven, adaptable and visionary
