To handle Talent Acquisition at branch level. Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting candidates and coordinate with business for smooth interview process ,Hiring Mid ,Entry Level & Lateral Level of hiring.
Provide best candidate experience pre and post recruitment process
Responsible for on-boarding and completion of the joining formalities of the new joiners and assigning them to the respective departments
Maintain complete MIS and provide data insights related to Talent Acquisition
Create strong partnership with the key stakeholders i.e. business to understand the business perspective for better deliverable
Ensure implementation and monitor of Organizational policies. Orient and educate managers and employees about the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the location.
Attendance and leave management, exit management and statutory compliances
Handling day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Qualification and Experience
Graduate or Post graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in relevant profile. MBA HR preferred. Must have worked into Micro Finance industry
Good writing, communication and interpersonal skill
Must have good negotiation skill
Position is open for Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Patna.
Candidates must have experience into Micro Finance domain
Salary bit negotiable for deserving candidates
