  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings
  • Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements
  • End to end recruitment from screening reumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers
  • Screening applicants and contacting relevant candidates
  • Assess knowledge, skills, competencies, aptitudes, and experience of the applicant
  • Arranging interviews for selected candidates both telephonic and in-person interviews with strong coordination
  • Performing background and reference checks
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Doing paper work and employee relation activities involved in onboarding

Qualification and Experience

Candidates with 1-5 Yrs of experience with exposure into Pharma industry(SPECIALLY DRUG FORMULATION COMPANY)

Candidates with exp into hiring of API and Formulation, R& D and Testing profiles for pharma industry

Strong work ethic and sense of commitment and should have handled all Pharma recruitment’s

Excellent communication – oral and written

Open for Gurgaon and WFO

Candidates having experience with staffing industry can apply

Candidates with B.sc Chemistry /B. Pharma having recruitment exp can apply
