  1. Handle the overall team of sales executives (5-6 team member)
  2. Responsible for meeting the Sales Target.
  3. Make new Strategies for Sales Team.
  4. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  5. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
  6. Assess the Strength & Weakness of Sales Team and manage them accordingly.
  7. Motivate the Sales Team.
  8. Make a Sales projection Graph for sales team of the particular month.
  9. Motivating the Sales Team.
  10. Provide proper sales training to the Team.
  11. Appoint distributors

Qualification and Experience

Graduate with relevant work experience of minimum 2years.

Must have FMCG Sales experience in General Trade Sales

Strong decision-making skill

Experience in managing a Sales team.

Ability to lead a Sales team

Good knowledge of MS Excel
