- Handle the overall team of sales executives (5-6 team member)
- Responsible for meeting the Sales Target.
- Make new Strategies for Sales Team.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Assess the Strength & Weakness of Sales Team and manage them accordingly.
- Motivate the Sales Team.
- Make a Sales projection Graph for sales team of the particular month.
- Motivating the Sales Team.
- Provide proper sales training to the Team.
- Appoint distributors
Qualification and Experience
Graduate with relevant work experience of minimum 2years.
Must have FMCG Sales experience in General Trade Sales
Strong decision-making skill
Experience in managing a Sales team.
Ability to lead a Sales team
Good knowledge of MS Excel
