Develop, plan & implement production activities, worker schedules to streamline factory operations
Inspecting and monitoring the quality of finished products
Recruiting and training of factory staff, directing their activities and monitoring performance
Understanding the drawings and carry out execution as per drawingÂ
Order stock materials to maintain enough stock for the month without over supply
Ensure cost effective production for furniture and interior design fit out projects
Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately
Work constructively to achieve factory targets on time within budgets
Qualification and Experience
Graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience into furniture manufacturing factory
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Computer knowledge or understanding of CAD drawing is a plus
Good knowledge of wooden and modular furniture.
Must know how to read and understand drawings for execution
Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills.
The company is a leading modular factory both for commercial and residential projects
