- Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
- Calling customers and clients and explain the product
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
- Updating documents and sales records
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
- Observing and carrying out sales processes
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
- Greet and direct customers and help them understand the product through displays and catalogue
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Coordinate with the production team to provide excellent customer service and assure on time delivery
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Establishing new business and stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
Qualification and Experience
Graduates or postgraduates with 1-5 Yrs of experience
Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
Self-motivated and driven by targets
People with glass industry are highly preferred
MBA freshers with excellent communication skills and flair for sales are most welcomed
Female candidates with excellent communication skills from Gurgaon are highly preferred
Female MBA freshers with excellent communication skills are highly preferred
