  • Plan, execute and measure all BTL and offline initiatives
  •  Identify,manage and execute campaigns with external agency partners for on ground activation.
  •  Launch,Iterate and Repeat multiple experiments to increase organic reach and awareness of the products on the ground.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders in achieving the targets.
  • Interacting with vendors, using Tele conversation, emails and chats.
  • Promoting the services of the company.
  • Coordination with senior managers in sales matters.
  • Reaching out to new customers and explaining to them the benefits.
  • Able to manage customer interactions and explain the product.
  • Comfortable with Field visit to monitor the on ground team performance and do market research for new launch regions.
  • Research consumer behavior and brand positioning.

Qualification and Experience

Graduates or Post graduates(MBA Preferred) with 2-4 yrs of experience in Offline-Marketing, Field Sales.

Candidates with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Candidates should have their own two wheeler vehicle transport such as bike or scooter.

Laptop is a mandatory object.
