- Calling customers and clients and explain the product
- Answer customers questions about specific products/services
- Coordinate with the production team to provide excellent customer service and assure on time delivery
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Generating new business and stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Qualification and Experience
Graduate or post graduate with experience in sales and purchase
Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
Self-motivated and presentable
MBA freshers with excellent communication skills are most welcomed
