- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and E-Mail
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with given targets
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Creating and updating activity reports
Qualification and Experience
6 Months -2 year in Sales or Tele-Marketing
Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream
The client is an FMCG Concern and job location is Ludhiana. Local candidates are preferred
