Contribute content and marketing strategies, track user engagement and activity, and ensure consistency in the brand’s digital tone and image.
Write and review high quality communications and help in disseminating them to the intended audience
through online and social media channels, webinars, newsletters, videos, internal & external media campaigns.
Contribute to the development and implementation of communications strategy and budget.
Co-develop communication plans & work with key stakeholders to develop compelling content & execute against these plans
Editing with an eye for detail and an ability to understand business and technical content and what’s in it for the intended audience

Working with graphic designers, subject matter experts and influencers to create engaging media and social content.
Develop solution guides, feature stories, background statements, fact sheets, PowerPoint presentations, web releases and talking points that effectively transmit accurate and timely information about company’s insight and knowledge

Establish and maintain a wide repertoire of contacts within the various media houses and ensuring a sustainable and professional relationship between the organization and the media.
Develop and maintain a supportive strategy to utilize different media platforms to bring our insights and the right knowledge to our clients and partners in the business ecosystem.
Provide metrics, perform analytics and reporting on outcomes for all external and internal communications
Meeting with the practice area teams and leadership to brainstorm and define the communication
strategy and requirements.
Developing and maintaining a consistent brand tone in all online communications and designing social
media marketing strategies and campaigns.
Interpreting social analytics to measure and guide the effectiveness of marcom strategies.
Keeping abreast of industry and consumer trends, advancements in technology, and new social media
platforms and tools

Qualification and Experience

Graduate or Post Graduate with 4-5 yrs of exp into similar role.

People with degree in mass communication would be preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills in managing people, projects and resources
Ability to write concise, compelling copy, including short, catchy / appealing taglines
In-depth copy capabilities, both in the digital world and adding a human approach
Proactive, passionate, self-driven with confidence to work independently and with minimum supervision
Significant industry experience, professional and/or legal services experience will be an added advantage
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts
The foresight to consider the client’s perspective and deliver impactful communication
Confident –ability to engage independently with the firm leadership and key internal stakeholders
