  1. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
  2. Design the Process Design solution and co-ordinate with the technical team in development activities and testing.
  1. Drive and lead customer engagement and ensure delivery of quality solution. Also, should engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  2. Independently carryout meetings/discussions with customers and to interpret solution requirements.
  3. Should have the ability to lead, develop, manage and mentor team
  4. Market analysis w.r.t MFI, MSME & lending

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
  2. Having an experience in banking domain(Micro financial inclusion, retail banking,  MSME & lending etc.,)
  3. Good analytical, logical and reasoning skills
  4. Having an experience in B2C platforms  & payments domain.
  5. Proven Experience in creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, , knowledge gathering sessions and prepare requirement Documents , Specification Documents, Data flow, Process flow charts and solutions for a business.
  6. Excellent planning and organizational skills
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
