- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
- Design the Process Design solution and co-ordinate with the technical team in development activities and testing.
- Drive and lead customer engagement and ensure delivery of quality solution. Also, should engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Independently carryout meetings/discussions with customers and to interpret solution requirements.
- Should have the ability to lead, develop, manage and mentor team
- Market analysis w.r.t MFI, MSME & lending
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
- Having an experience in banking domain(Micro financial inclusion, retail banking, MSME & lending etc.,)
- Good analytical, logical and reasoning skills
- Having an experience in B2C platforms & payments domain.
- Proven Experience in creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, , knowledge gathering sessions and prepare requirement Documents , Specification Documents, Data flow, Process flow charts and solutions for a business.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
