Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the Complete HR operational activities recruiting and hiring process and conducting orientation programs
Managing the whole recruiting and hiring process and conducting orientation programs
Maintain and communicate internal HR policies; manage personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; stay on top of changing laws both local and national
Manage the annual employee performance review process, including project timeline and overall execution
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, including completion of mandatory reporting
Ensure data integrity by way of driving best practices through systems/tools, processes, auditing, and internal tracking
Act as the primary HR point of contact for all security audits and work with internal teams and manage HR compliance documentation, process and audits
Assists employees with human resources needs and maintains a proper communication on employee changes and issues.
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures
Qualification and Experience
Graduate or post graduate with proven work experience of 4-7 yrs in HR Operations role
Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
