- Deliver overall revenue and volumes as per plan.
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.

- Build effective PJPs, discipline in teams
- Distribution Network Management
- Building and Managing general trade and the distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Set up the network in empty areas / towns.
- Ensuring compliance of trade spends, usage of company software
- Develop market specific GTM models for defined market coverage
- Productivity
- Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive distribution
- Ensuring maximum branding and visibility in assigned territory
- Responsible for key metrics like productivity, lines etc. as defined by management
- To provide market feedback on competition, customer behavior and response to marketing mix
Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor or a Master degree with Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales in General Trades for FMCG industry
- Able to initiate and implement the marketing strategy and handle operations independently
- Excellent written and verbal communications – ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
- Independent, Self-motivated and Responsible
