Ability to handle production environments with the required caution

Capability to release patches on production / ensure UAT of releases / support UAT

Good understanding of systems & domain, able to do a first level analysis of any support issue

Software installation and troubleshooting skills

Communication with diverse customer types and field personnel

High degree of commitment towards work that will help ensure timely resolution of support tickets used

Understanding of versioning, version control, patch releases

Qualification and Experience

2-4 Yrs of experience into application support

Proven technical skills in C#, XML, ASP.NET and SQL Server (T-SQL)

Ability to work with multiple teams to get the issues sorted out

Good communication skills to be able to speak to customer and field personnel

Prior exposure to handling production support assignments / implementation onsite or offsite would be preferred

Domain exposure to banking or related large systems as well as experience in development / testing roles would be a plus

Ability to converse in Hindi and English
