Objective of this role
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Develop close relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesSourcing, screening, Head hunting and shortlisting resumes through various job portals
Design innovative sourcing strategies for attracting talent pool from the marketplace
Work in partnership with hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand position requirements
Providing guidance, support, & recommendations on candidates for interview
Developing a sourcing mix through various recruitment channels and professional networks
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other social & professional networks
Engage in conversations with clients and candidates to position the company brand value at par with top companies.
Enhance and own candidate experience for the interview process.
Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and reference
Conduct interviews, calls, assessments and in-person interviews – when required
Document any phone calls, emails or other correspondence with the candidate
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Building trust with candidates and continually engage them throughout the hiring process
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Establishing a strong follow up procedures for all shortlisted and selected candidates
Qualification and Experience
An HR professional with 4 – 10 yrs of experience into talent acquisition space, specially in IT
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Experience into IT hiring with good business acumen
Good Client and stakeholder management handling experience with robust coordination skills
Good knowledge of best HR best practices
The client is a US based premium Salesforce Consulting Partner specializing in delivering high-quality custom solutions to organizations across industries. The position is based out of India Corporate office(Sec 55 -56 Gurgaon). The company is now operating through hybrid work model with 5 days working culture.
